Facebook, one of the most popular and widely used social media platforms keeps rolling out new and interactive features to keep its clients engaged. Recently, it rolled out an array of video publishing and discovery updates including features that help you to upload multiple videos simultaneously. Some of the key features are designed for marketers and they include
- Updates to Playlists
- Updates to Bulk Uploader
- New Bulk Actions feature
- New Series feature, a way that helps to organize content into different episodes.
Updates to Bulk Uploader is designed to enhance efficiency by allowing you to upload up to 50 videos simultaneously, and on the same page. While the videos are loading, you can also edit descriptions, titles, add different tags, schedule several posts and choose other settings you wish to use.
Furthermore, Facebook is significantly enhancing the way you can schedule videos to a post. This means you can schedule single videos at a specific time. Alternatively, you can upload the videos following a regular intonation. For instance, you can choose to upload 10 videos, choose the ones you wish automatically publish one single per day or week, or following an interval you’d love.
For Bulk Actions, the feature offers smarter editing tools that enable page managers to take action on bulk videos. The bulk actions include
- Rights manager for RM Lite and RM Pro
- In-stream ads
- Bulk scheduling
- Secondary edit features including adding tags, add custom labels, add a video to a playlist or your series, audience restrictions, and auto-captions
These actions will, therefore, be available at any given time of upload and later on in the library content except for audience restriction feature.
Updates to Playlists will help you to organize your content better without necessarily navigating to a new page. You will also benefit from proper organization, distribution, sharing, placement, control and unique links.
